FAQ: What about postage costs?
Customers pay for postage at checkout on your online store.
Those funds are then used to pay the Royal Mail postage costs when we dispatch your orders.
We have a dedicated Royal Mail click & drop account where your card will be stored and charged.
Note: Many artists choose to factor the per-item fulfilment cost into the 'shipping & handling' fee on their online store, or build it into the RRP of higher-priced products like vinyl records.
